PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

 Support structure to the Business Manager and Strategic Account Manager to ultimately support the Platinum and Gold Clients.

 

o   Drive of Profile initiatives

o   Drive resolution on behalf of Business Manager and Strategic Manager

o   Implementation, Event and Administrative support to Business Manager and Strategic Account Manager

o   Management of Debtors Info Mobatch

o   Management of Rennies and Client Preferred Setups

o   SelfService Reporting Platform

o   Requests from Reporting Team

o   Financial Export Files

o   AirPlus Setup Form

o   CODS & Reason Codes Management

o   Survey Creation

o   Client Setup Support during Implementations

o   Facilitation of client queries, resolution/escalation

o   Supplier Relationship and Obtaining of negotiated deal documents

o   Checking of data before sharing with BMs/Strats

o   Market and Industry research

o   Client Communication Management

o   Client Marketing Management

o   Social Media Management

o   Supplier Fund Management

o   Management of promotional items inventory

o   Flagging of potential opportunities

o   SME Training of Basic Travelyzer Product

o   Fee Renewal process

o   Management of 2-level fee waiver & 3 month no fee processes

Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Grade 12 (non-negotiable)

National Diploma and/or B Degree (advantageous)

 

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

1 – 2 years travel industry experience (non-negotiable)
