Job Description

To competently handle all aspects of domestic, regional and international travel – both inbound and outbound.

  • Ensure excellent customer service

  • Ensure excellent staff interaction and team work

  • Ensure good financial and cost management

  • Ensure error free travel transactions

Availability

One Month notice period/ 4 weeks notice period

Required Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Galileo
  • Cerificate/Diploma in Travel and Tourism
  • Soft ware package (Ms word,Excel,Power Point & Email)
  • Minimum 5 years domestic/intermediate experience as a travel consultant in retail travel

  • Travel Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments within the travel industry

  • Preferred suppliers and Carlson Wagonlit branded product knowledge

  • Fares knowledge

  • Customer Care principles

  • Accounting principles / administration

  • Detailed and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the structure, operations, systems, HR policies, and procedures of the organisation

  • Experience in handling complex travel arrangements
