Job Description

  • To provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).

    To take calls, log and update customer queries, technical diagnostics/troubleshooting and managing customer expectations. The case resolutions will range from basic technical repairs and knowledge base to in-depth technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience at a IT Technical helpdesk / call centre

  • Matric Qualification

  • A+ N+ Qualification

  • Working towards MCSE Certificate or equivalent

  • Knowledge and experience to operate and install MS Office 2007; 2010; 2013
  • Installing and testing new software
  • Ensure that anti-virus software is installed, configured, and regularly updated
  • Must be hands on, or be able to do remote support.Desktop support & Movement
  • Responsible for logging hardware calls
  • Experienced to work  with PABX and telephonic equipment
  • Ensure the  execution and support of Smartphones
  • Maintain wired and wireless network, desktop and server systems
