Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Identify customers needs, provide customers with product and service information, solutions and/or alternatives
  • Contribute to increasing sales and developing revenue according to set targets
  • Handle troubleshoot problems and provide information

  • Ticketing knowledge an advantage
  • Previous Call Center Airline experience an advantage
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Office  etc
  • French speaking an advantage
  • Good written skills
