Job Description

  • Project manage the implementation of online booking tools for new and existing clients
  • Provide client, user, agent and staff training where necessary
  • Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools
  • Provide client, user and agent training
  • Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary
  • Configure and test of new client implementation set-up
  • Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated and distributed where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  • Support and/or implementation experience on online booking tools.
  • Galileo experience is essential
  • Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of business travel
  • The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions
  • Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
  • Good communication skills
