Required Qualifications

  • At least 1/2 years Event Co-ordination or Groups experience
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, good geographical knowledge and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to cope under pressure
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours
  • Ability to travel away from home
  • Presentation skills
  • Travel or Tourism Certificate
  • Fully PC literate – MS Office Applications – Intermediate Excel essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
