Job Description

  • Retaining and increasing our biggest blue chip clients.
  • Effectively managing the goals and travel programmes of all allocated client accounts with all relevant strategies.
  • Understanding and analysing the client’s needs in order to formulate a medium- to long-term strategy for continual development of the business.
  • Responsible for all communications ensuring client satisfaction locally and, where applicable, liaising with colleagues across the globe to ensure client retention and maximum growth.
  • Normal office hours apply 8am – 5pm ,  with the requirement to extend in order to meet specific client demands and deadlines when the occasion demands..
  • It is a mandatory requirement to have 3 – 5 years of  experience in a customer relations position within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and advanced written communication skills – externally to clients and internally to customers and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills – ability to understand margin drivers.
  • Ability to manage high levels of pressure and demand both internally and externally.
  • Business acumen.
