Job Description

We are recruiting an Africa Travel Coordinator.

In this role, you will be supporting our Sales Consultants by ensuring that all customers receive e-documentation within a specified period of time.

This includes sales administration, reconfirmation of all services, toll free call and enquiry management, as well as reception relief.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism is advantageous
  • Travel coordination experience is advantageous
  • E-mail and telephonic communication experience
  • Quality assurance experience
