Job Description

Relationships Management

 Maintain and build on existing trade relationships by through regular call cycles, training sessions, partner visits and incentives to ensure continued growth;
 Work in stores/offices of existing partnerships to help convert sales and spread the Topdeck brand
 Build and increase relationships with existent partners.
 Work with marketing and our social media team to develop advertising strategies and promote consumer, social events and deals (Travel Expo, Indaba, Getaway Show, local store marketing, etc.)
 Research, plan, and execute a strategy to champion new relationships and accounts;
 Source and pitch new trade and non-trade business opportunities/partnerships
 Source new opportunities in non-travel related areas (e.g. Coffee Chains, Pubs, Blogs, youth focused professional companies, graduation schemes etc.);
 Drive the Sales Team Strategic Plans to deliver growth and profitability and market share in the Southern Africa market;

Experience, Requirements and Key Behaviours

 The Southern Africa team is part of Topdeck International Markets. This area includes other markets such as: United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, USA, Mexico, South America, UAE. Part of your responsibilities is to work alongside Team International to ensure overall goals are being met;
 Maintain a thorough understanding of the Topdeck and competitor product through regular exams, internal trainings and sales role plays.
 Take responsibility for your own development by taking part in egular sales and leadership training;
 Work together with the Customer Service team to ensure that we deliver a great customer experience and we maximize sales;
 Work alongside marketing to ensure messages are being communicated between the teams
 Partaking in development programs such as negotiation, destination, sales and account management training.
 Accountable for delivering growth in passenger numbers and revenue in your respective are and the target market (Southern Africa and UAE).
 Manage the weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly planning for the area;
 And of course… A passion for all things travel related!
