Job Description

The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Centralised Ticketing Department to provide support and an administrative role to the department delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

  • Skilled on at least one GDS - advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent Admin skills
  • Computer Literate with Excel knowledge (reports and stats)
  • Keen to learn and grow
  • Excellent telephone skills (clear enunciation, be sincere, adopt positive tone, leave customer feeling satisfied)
