To effectively assist, confirm and issue air tickets to ticketing clients on Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre

  • Amadeus and Galileo Certificates
  • Fares Course ( minimum beginners)

 

EXPERIENCE IN YEARS

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role

KNOWLEDGE

  • Full understanding of  ticketing / issue in exchange / interline policies / net remits
  • BSP understanding
  • Good knowledge of  fares / fare rules
  • Sound geographical knowledge Ability to use Dashboard / Intranet / Internet / Right fax / e-mail / Frontdesk

QUALITY CONTROL AND ISSUE AIR TICKETS

  • Galileo and Amadeus certificates
  • Full understanding of ticketing / issue in exchange / interline policies / net remits / IT fares
  • BSP understanding
  • Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
  • Full understanding of SAM / AGM
  • Full understanding of Fare Finder
  • Ability to use Dashboard / Intranet / Internet / Right fax / e-mail / Frontdesk
  • Ability to use Client Files
  • Adherence to Amadeus / Galileo processes and procedures
  • Build good, professional working relationship with our clients, colleagues and suppliers
  • Management of debtor’s accounts
  • Maximum 2 hour turnaround time for processing bookings
  • Processing of refunds to BSP in a timely manner
  • Failure resulting in ADM’s within your area of accountability will be your liability

CRM PROCESS

  • The ability to understand and use service fees
  • Build BARS/PARS and use with all reservations
  • §  The ability to use contracts
  • Follow procedures and the use of processor
  • Ensuring that all transactions and transactions fees are correctly charged at the time of ticketing
  • Ensuring all ECC charges are invoiced out the following day
  • Immediate attention to any clients complaints

BUILD INTER-RELATIONSHIPS

  • Adherence to TTS policies and procedures
  • Cost conscience
  • Attendance to company meetings and functions
  • Team work
  • Assist with any task assigned to you by Manager

BUILD BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS AND TEAM WORK

  • Build good, professional working relationship with our clients, colleagues and suppliers
  • Assist and support the team in the level of expertise
  • Ensure interdepartmental Interaction with internal staff
