Job Description

The responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Maintaining fixed assets registers
  • Booking reconciliations
  • Assist with supplier management and reconciliation
  • Petty Cash Processing and Reconciliation
  • Assist with payroll processes
  • General Admin Duties
  • Ad hoc daily / weekly / monthly projects
  • Assisting the preparation for the audit and SARS submissions (VAT, EMP201’s)
  • General assistant to the Financial Manager
  • Preparing and capturing online banking payments.

Required Qualifications

Financial qualification not required, but will be advantageous

General Details

  • Must have BSP experience
  • A minimum of 3 years Creditors and Debtors experience
  • Understanding of VAT and TAX
  • Understanding of Accounts, creditors and debtors reconciliation processes
  • Accounting software experience
  • Planning, prioritizing and time management skills – able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written (able to compile letters and correspondence)
  • Computer literate (Outlook, MS Excel & MS Word)
