Job Description

Purpose of the Job:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Identify customers needs, provide customers with product and service information, solutions and/or alternatives
  • Contribute to increasing sales and developing revenue according to set targets
  • Be able to handle problems but troubleshooting and providing information

Required Qualifications

Tourism Diploma

Further Requirements:
  • Reservation and fares knowledge: Amadeus and/or Galileo
  • Previous call center experience in Airline
  • Computer literate- Microsoft office etc
  • Ticketing knowledge an advantage
  • Portuguese (written and spoken) will be compulsory.
