Job Description

JOB OUTLINE
In this role responsibilities include:
  • Have full understanding and knowledge of portfolios and market trends and ability to action and  report on it  
  • Report Generation from various related tools
  • Analyze data & reports generated and proactively guide the Sales Team in all aspects of the business in order to drive and develop the business.
  • Liaise with various departments at a head office level
  • Provide commercial support and assist sales executives and sales manager
  • Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts of all new and existing business
  • Assist with preparation of all contract negotiations            
  • Dissemination of monthly/quarterly results – with analyzed summary   
  • Update and maintain all related databases covering Trade and Corporate
  • Provide Sales Executives with all relevant data for call preparation                                        
  • Participate in sales & marketing events

Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Sound knowledge of airline sales and customer service
  • Proven track record of sales and interpersonal ability and exhibit excellent initiative and commitment to achieve
  • Diploma in travel and tourism
  • Minimum 5 years qualitative Sales Support background within the airline /travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong computing (Excel, Word and Power Point) with sound knowledge of airline business
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
