Job Description

  1. Project manage the implementation of online booking tools for both new and existing clients.
  2. Provide training, where necessary, to clients, users, agents and staff.
  3. Provide both first and second-line support for our online booking tools.
  4. Keep up to date with new product releases, and where necessary communicate to key personnel.
  5. Configuring, customising and testing of new client implementation set-up.
  6. Keep all documentation for online booking tools, and implementations updated and distributed where applicable.

Required Qualifications

  1. Experience with support and/or implementation of online booking tools.
  2. A strong knowledge of Galileo.
  3. A good understanding of business travel.
  4. The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions.
  5. Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
