Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Diploma in Travel & Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5

Previous People Management required

5 - 7 years relevant experience

Excellent Africa and International Fares knowledge

required to work afterhours

Group bookings dealing with VIP Travelers

Extremely organized

 

WORKING HOURS

 

The Team Leader position will cover predominantly the following times – 17:00-22:00 / 22:00- 08:00, the midnight shift will be limited to 10 shifts per month.
