Job Description

Responsible for providing travel services to both leisure and corporate clients. Leading a small team within the FIT division, while working closely with groups and back office. Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. Report to owner on a regular basis.

  • Matric
  • Travel Qualification
  • FULL working knowledge and a minimum of 6 years’ experience on Galileo.
  • Knowledge of QuickTrav will be to your advantage.

  • Travel Qualification Certificate and Full Galileo
  • 6 years+ in a Retail Travel Agency environment
  • Full knowledge of Fares and Ticketing.
  • Ability to accurately complete all reissues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Ability to tailor-make packages and think creatively
  • Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and excellent service delivery
  • Ability to handle volume and pressure
  • Team Player
  • Good leadership skills
  • Weekends and after hours emergency work expected
