Job Description

  • Ascertain client’s needs through consultation.
  • Advise on suitable products and services.
  • Prepare, process and follow up on quotes.
  • Build relationships with client to ensure repeat business.
  • Liaise with tour operators and other key partners such as hotels and airlines.
  • Process reservations.
  • Create and update client’s booking file.
  • Collect payment from clients.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is issued timeously.
  • Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience selling holiday packages in a retail leisure travel environment (online would be advantageous)
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Proven sales record. 
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Focused and results-orientated.
  • Extensive global travel knowledge.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
