Job Description

Great opportunity for an experienced, qualified IT expert! Ensure effective, continued support for all systems used within the Organisation. Systems include Business Systems, security products, MS Office products, Operating Systems etc. Take charge of technical problems and ensure end-users are kept updated on system developments and changes. Install and configure operating systems for various network roles. Administer nerwork shares, printers and security. Handle all other functions relevant to an ICT Engineer role.

Required Qualifications

Essential experience for this role include desktops, laptops, terminals, printers, MS Office support, Windows support and Terminal servers user support. Must be highly computer literate and tech savvy, able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and be passionate about technology.

Must have relevant qualifications including MCTS, ITL Foundation and A+/N+.
