Membership based travel company dealing with telephonic and email enquiries only. Ability to handle travel bookings from start to finish including accommodation, flights, car hire, anything related to booking of holiday packages

Required Qualifications

  • Amadeus and Quicktrav experience will be beneficial.
  • Strong geography, destination and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal (English and Afrikaans) reading and writing skills required.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work well under pressure.
  • A service delivery mind-set and a strong customer service focus.
  • Adhere to client turnaround times.
