Job Description

  1. Document business requirements
  2. Create and maintain system requirements specifications
  3. Project manager of new implementations
  4. Develop effective relationships with all stakeholders in the area of responsibility
  5. Analyse system functionality to support business requirements (new/existing)
  6. Support the role out of new technical solution and or changes
  7. Assist with user acceptance, regression and functional testing
  8. Identify areas for improvement and/or additional training

Required Qualifications

  1. Experience with support and/or implementation of online booking tools.
  2. A strong knowledge of Galileo.
  3. A good understanding of business travel.
  4. The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions.
  5. Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
