Job Description

Reservations Agent for an international airline based at Cape Town International Airport.
  • Handling of face to face, telephonic and email reservations.
  • Ticketing / Manual Fare Builds / Groups / Re-issuing / Refunds / Date Changes / EMD’s & Excess Baggage processing.
  • General Customer Services & Assistance.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years International airline reservations and ticketing experience
  • GDS Reservations System training / experience (Gabriel preferable).
  • Strong customer service focus and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft Office etc
  • Must be fluent in speaking / writing English.
  • Retail Travel experience with Galileo an advantage.
