High end boutique corporate & leisure business requires knowledgeable, reliable and responsible manager to run quality control department responsible for ticketing, reconfirmations and customer service to aid in overall efficiency and profitability.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years Galileo Experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of fares, fare rules 
  • Advanced ability to perform re-issues, exchanges and manual fare builds
  • Attention to detail and ability to find potential mistakes
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Exceptional organisational ability and task orientated
  • Dynamic personality

  • Team player

General Details

Duties Include: 
  • Checking of bookings and reconfirmations 
  • Best deal check prior to issuing
  • Payment confirmations with Finance department
  • Manage quality issues with regards to customer service
  • Re-Issues, refunds & revalidations
  • Cancellations
  • Documents & packaging
  • Reporting to management
  • Supplier reporting
  • Staff training and development on  Galileo systems
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8h30 to 17h00
