3+ Years in a similar role
Tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism

Key account management
Excellent communication skills
Presentations skills and public speaking
Assist in tender presentations and preparations
Supplier interactions and negotiations
Understanding and delivery of SLA’s
Continued Business consulting in selling technology solutions
Client reviews and workshops
Microsoft (word, power point, excel)
Sound financial knowledge in order to negotiate client fee models
Service excellence and customer centric person
A problem solver and creative "out-of-the-box" thinker

Client reviews to be conducted according to the client’s needs (quarterly, annually, bi-annually)
Client Travel Policy understanding and assistance with policy changes
Maintain regular client visits as per SLA
Reporting to Senior Management
Drivers licence
Preference will be given to EE candidates
