Job Description

Operations Manager - Process Online and Offline Bookings, Enquiries & Fulfillment

Salary

CTC – R15000–R25 000 per month

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years Travel Agency Experience
  • Hotels, Packages, Sightseeing, Transfers, Car Rental, Rail.
Should have experience in 
  • Adhoc FIT quotations with Suppliers & Clients
  • Costing of Adhoc FIT Enquires and sending quotations to Clients
  • Negotiation skills with Suppliers
  • Action Confirmation, Reconfirmation, Amendments & Cancellations 
  • Should have worked with Online Supplier Systems like GTA / Hotelbeds / Expedia etc.
  • Should have worked with Offline Suppliers.
  • Very well versed with MS- Word, Excel and Internet browsing, with keyboard skills preferable.

  • Should share good rapport with Supplier for day to day functionality.
  • Must possess professional attitude and have interpersonal skills to handle Clients, Customers, Suppliers & Accounts and different teams within the company.
  • Should have negotiation and closing skills.
  • Should be able to work on multiple systems within Company or Supplier systems.
  • Attention to detail and handle information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Ability to multi task efficiently & work under pressure.
  • Prioritize assignments, follow-up to ensure task completion, and manage multiple projects / bookings.
  • Fluency in email and verbal communication and ability to interact with cross culture clients.
  • Fluency in Languages:  English - Written and Spoken.
  • Positive, confident, Pro-active and determined approach.
