KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

Productivity

  • Travel and Complex Itinerary :
  • Process bookings and issue documents
  • Upsell & facilitate value adding products.
  • Travel Process management 
  • Supervise ITC operational Support
  • Supervise Leisure team
  • Manage quality of work and outputs
  • Manage reporting of team and website sales

Retention

  • Client Experience Management
  • Provide Client Services and promote continuous service improvement in the team
  • Resolve Client Queries/Complaints and manage Escalated Queries
  • Adhere to Client policies and Contractual supplier Agreements 

Profitability

  • Revenue maximization
  • Upsell to improve operating margin
  • Maximum utilization of preferred suppliers
  • Raise invoices and vouchers in Mid-Office
  • Cost Management
  • Manage own costs and time
  • Eliminate unnecessary financial loss

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Travel & Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5
  • Previous People Management required
  • 5 - 7 years’ relevant experience
  • Excellent Africa and International Fares knowledge
  • required to work afterhours
  • Group bookings dealing with VIP Travellers
  • Extremely organised
