  • Good working knowledge of Amadeus (incl reissues and EMD's)
  • Min 3 years consulting experience
  • Strong geographical, destination and product knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of fares and ticketing
  • High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative skill
  • Outgoing with excellent customer service skills
  • Work independently and in a team
  • Passionate and self-motivated
