Job Description

Act as key point of contact between WLH and its customers i.e. valued travel trade partners.
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships
  • Identify and establish new business / revenue streams
  • Organising targeted sales visits
  • Product presentations and training
  • Maintenance of accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Review / monitor and analyse sales figures and trends
  • Negotiating contracts and incentive agreements
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of statistical data

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in the travel industry
  • Leadership / Management skills and abilities
  • Maturity; Confidence; Perseverance; Patience; Accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
  • Professional attitude
  • Negotiating skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Target driven
  • CRM experience a plus
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle
