Job Description

TRAVELLINCK

Assisting with and resolving day to day support queries from clients and/or suppliers, perform trouble-shooting functions and testing products and applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day resolving of support help desk queries from clients
  • Assistance to clients as and when required in making reservations within the TravelLinck system
  • Ticketing for clients as and when required by TravelLinck ticketing team (Senior level)
  • Ensuring the corporate client service level agreements are met
  • Reporting on daily responsibilities and tasks 
  • Resolving client issues, Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • All matters to be approached in a non-biased and professional manner
  • Keep all relevant internal parties informed of assigned work programs (All tasks that are outstanding on support or with development testing)
  • Testing products and applications 
  • Documenting processes and application instructions 
  • Supporting and troubleshooting software issues 
  • Attending meetings, sessions and other company events 
  • Generating innovate ideas
  • Follow standard processes and procedures
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Supporting other staff & offering on the go training & upskilling

Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE

  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Required to be fluent in the use of the GDS’s (Galileo, Amadeus & Sabre) and all TravelLinck systems
  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications and equipment;
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
