Job Description

Club Med South Africa has a position available in our Call Centre for a highly motivated and sales driven Travel Experience Designer who will be responsible for maximizing both direct and indirect sales while providing superior customer service.  The position is based at our office in Fourways, Johannesburg.

Required Qualifications

  • Travel expert with a minimum 2 years’ experience working in the travel and/or tourism industry. 
  • Must be familiar with the Club Med brand.
  • Amadeus
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, customer focused, team player, self-starter, punctual, organized, attention to detail, sales and results driven, self-motivated, assertive, ability to perform under pressure
