Job Description

A dynamic Travel Company is currently looking for a Debtors Controller. 

Duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Reconciliation of Debtors accounts
  • Preparing statements to be sent to clients
  • Age analysis which includes:
    • Allocating of payments
    • Collection of overdue accounts
  • Other Ad hoc duties

Start date : asap

Salary

Salary - highly negotiable dependent on experience

Required Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Minimum Grade 12

Experience & Knowledge: 

  • 2 + years’ experience in similar role;
  • Quick Trav experience would be advantageous
  • Travel industry experience would be advantageous

Skills & Attributes: 

  • Computer literate,
  • Proficient in excel (must be able to do pivot tables and V-Lookup)
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Able to perform under pressure;
  • Deadline driven;
  • High attention to detail is a must
  • High quality checking of statements.
