Job Description

Team Leader Responsibilities
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
 Team Leader Requirements 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • On-the-job training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • Ability to lead a team of 4 - 6 consultants as well as consult to customers. 
 The Successful candidate will demonstrate

  • A firm understanding on how to lead and manage a team.

Availability

Immediately or to start 1 Feb 2022

Salary

R 16, 000 pm basic + sales commission + profit share on team profit

General Details

  •  Two Shifts – 07h30 to 15h30 & 10h30 to 18h30
  • Lunch 11h30 & 14h30 (30mins)
  • Tea Breaks – Shift 1 (09h30 & 13h30) Shift 2 (12h30 & 16h30)
  • Call Centre Monday to Saturdays (09h00 to 16h00)
  • Sundays (09h00 to 14h00
