Job Description

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in a customer service role
  • Highly presentable and in line with brand image
  • Professionalism, patience and a “people first” attitude
  • Highly skilled in building and nurturing relationships both with customers and internally.
  • Superior Communication skills to customers of all levels in both English and Afrikaans
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Firm understanding of customer service expectations and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
Duties Include:
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up to ensure resolution is reached
  • Keeping record of customer interactions
  • Follow communication guidelines, procedures and policies
  • Going the extra mile to engage the customer and reach a viable solution
  • Conduct Bon Voyage and Welcome back calls in line with company procedures
  • Conduct Customer Surveys
  • Managing database of high net worth customers and building and managing relationships
  • Reporting to management on the above

Availability

Immediately or to start 1 Feb 2022

Salary

R 25, 000 pm

  • Working Hours Monday to Friday 08h30 to 16h30 and weekends on standby
