Job Description

  • Provide client, user, agent and staff training where necessary
  • Provide first and second-line support for our online booking tools
  • Provide client, user and agent training
  • Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate key personnel where necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated

Required Qualifications

  • Support experience on online booking tools.      
  • Galileo experience is essential
  • Must have been a senior travel advisor.
  • Online implementation/support experience will be an added advantage
  • Good understanding of business travel
  • The ability to systematically analyze errors and suggest solutions
  • Good presentation and excellent verbal and written English
  • Good communication skills
