Job Description

Responsible for providing travel services to both leisure and corporate clients. Managing work load and driving revenue. Ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. Report to owner on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications

  • Travel Qualification Certificate and Amadeus or Galileo. Amadeus training will be provided
  • 5 years+ in a Retail Travel Agency environment
  • Full knowledge of Fares and Ticketing. Ability to accurately complete all reissues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
  • Ability to tailor-make packages and think creatively
  • Comprehensive knowledge of destinations and visas
  • High accuracy, attention to detail and excellent service delivery
  • Ability to handle volume and pressure
  • Team Player
  • Weekends and after hours emergency work expected
