Job Description

  • Day to day calling on customers and management of key accounts
  • Sourcing of new customers / business
  • Attending briefing sessions and collecting tender document
  • Client management
  • Cold calling, qualify leads and update all parties
  • Implementation plan of accounts as per ISO to all internal and external stake holders
  • SLA management
  • Client retention
  • Tender presentations
  • Clients and Supplier workshops
  • Supplier negotiations
  • Corporate Agreements managements
  • Conflict management
  • Risk management
  • Customer Care cases management
  • Developing effective relationships with new and current Key Accounts Customers
  • Managing co-ordinating all relevant customer accounts with clients at all level as well as within TWF
  • CRM update with strong administrative skills
  • MS outlook proficient
  • Strong Knowledge from front to back process of TMC
  • Analyse MIS report
  • Monthly, Quarterly and Annual meetings to be conducted with clients
  • Financial management, advice to clients on cost saving initiatives and saving methodology

Required Qualifications

  • Drivers license prerequisite and own car.
  • 5 years experience as a key account manager
  • Proven track record in sales
