Job Description

Senior Inbound Travel Consultant work from our Pretoria – Headoffice. 

  • Travel Consultnat must be able in issuing tickets, insurance, exchange and any other travel related documentation.
  • Monitor all relevant Q’s on Galileo (SmartPoint).
  • Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
  • Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.
  • Attention to detail and taking ownership of his work.

Required Qualifications

  • 6-10 years Inbound Experience
  • GDS experience a plus
  • Outstanding South Africa product knowledge
  • Dynamic Packaging experience
  • Tourplan experience a plus
  • European Language ability a plus
