  • Develop and maintain relationships with Agents
  • Design, develop and plan guests’ journey accurately and timeously
  • Follow all necessary steps once bookings confirm
  • Keep updated with changes in all company product offerings
  • Product training
  • Foreign language skills advantageous

Required Qualifications

  • 4-5 years’ experience at a Senior level.
  • Experience in handling customer relationships and developing & promoting product and services in the inbound travel industry.
  • Working knowledge of TourPlan or similar booking/operating system.
  • Good product knowledge on Southern & East Africa.
  • Personal and educational travel experience advantageous
