Job Description

  • Project manage the implementation of new online accounts.
  • Consult with client during project implementation meetings and obtain the information required for the account set-up and configuration.
  • Project manage the account implementation.
  • Prepare account set-up and configuration documentation.
  • Configure and test of new client accounts on the online reservation platform.
  • Conduct System-Integration-Testing (SIT) as well as User-Acceptance-Testing (UAT) with client representatives.
  • Provide client, user and TWF agent training.
  • Keep up to date with new product releases and communicate with key TWF personnel and client representatives where necessary.
  • Ensure all documentation for implementations and integrations are updated and distributed where applicable.
  • Attend monthly / quarterly client SLA meetings during the account implementation phase and on an as-and-when-required basis, thereafter, should the client require customized enhancements to the solution.
  • Formalize the client’s requirements in writing for scope of work preparation and submission to developer team.

Required Qualifications

  • Online account implementation experience.     
  • Galileo experience is essential.
  • Online support experience will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of business travel.
  • The ability to systematically analyze client business requirements.
  • Good presentation, and excellent verbal and written English.
  • Good communication skills.
