Thompsons Travel is looking for a Senior Leisure & Corporate Consultant, who has experience in converting as many Corporate & Leisure Travel enquiries as possible into profitable bookings. Suitable candidates will work in an exciting sale driven environment, which rewards achievers.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in travel, tourism, or an equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the Leisure & Corporate Travel industry
  • Amadeus proficiency and experience essential
  • Quicktrav knowledge
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Above average sales and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Target driven
  • Excellent knowledge of latest tourism trends
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Personal travel experience will be advantageous
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises
  • A personable manner and a willingness to help people.
