  • Must be able to handle all regional, domestic and international bookings
  • Understanding VISA requirements
  • Competent in Re-issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
  • Galileo or Amadeus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work on Saturdays 
  • High accuracy and attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to manage your own time.
  • Computer literate
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Takes the initiative to support team members
