Job Description

  • Conduct sales in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct
  • Self-source and convert business leads into trading accounts
  • Track leads and document interactions with prospects through our CRM Database
  • Fully understand and be able to communicate clearly the Wings Travel Managements USP’s both internally and externally
  • Listen, converse and make business recommendations in a professional manner potential clients
  • Prepare and present business documents, including presentations both internally and externally
  • Establish and develop strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate good business acumen especially in the area of Margin
  • Assist the Head of Business Development (Areal) in achieving short, medium and long term goals for Wings Travel Management
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Department with corrective action, when required
  • Attend regular monthly product presentations and Finance & Administration and Operations meeting when requested to
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with all Wings departments
  • Report competitor and client activities to the Head of Business Development on an on-going basis
