Creditors Clerk (Intermediate)

Key Performance Areas

  • Preparing monthly creditors recons for Car Hires, Shuttles, and Accommodation
  • Preparation of payment vouchers to coincide with recons
  • Resolution of supplier queries and subsequent communication with finance team
  • Sourcing of outstanding invoices for supplier payment
  • Professional communication with suppliers regarding payments and remittances

Required Qualifications

Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification (Grade 12)
  • QuickTrav package experience compulsory
  • Ms Excel/ Ms Office working experience
  • Be able to work in a pressurized corporate environment
  • May be required to work overtime to meet deadlines as and when required
  • High levels of accuracy
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure
