Job Description

Club Travel has a position available at our office in Cape Town for an Intermediate Ticketing Consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently issuing and re-issuing air tickets and EMDs on 3 GDS systems namely Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre. As well as handling queries via multiple channels, while also being prepared to fulfill adhoc. tasks that may be required.

  • Issuing/re-issuing of all air tickets and EMDs within the GDS.
  • Ensure all necessary checks are completed before the ticket is issued.
  • Ensure fare rules are read and clearly understood.
  • Ensure all tickets are sent to Quality Control to be checked.
  • Assisting with queries.

Salary

- Attractive package market-related, based on experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 –5 year of s ticketing experience
  • Excellent knowledge of all 3 GDS systems (Amadeus, Gal,ileo and Sabre)
  • Strong international Fares knowledge
  • Knowledge of G-suite and Gmail
  • Excellent understanding of airline terms and travel industry knowledge 
  • Proficiency in English
  • Exemplary customer-oriented approach
  • Possess competent wricommunicationl communication skills. Possess effective organization-deadliness work on deadline. 
  • Attention to detail. 
  • High Level of accuracy
  • Possess a creative outlook with a problem-solving attitude. 
  • Excellent time management. 
  • An ability to provide excellent customer service
