Job Description

  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients, ensuring that the travel process is aligned to the clients Travel Policy and SLA
  • Provide the highest standard of service, advice and booking services for domestic, regional and international travel
  • Create long-term mutually beneficial relationships with all internal and external customers and suppliers.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma/relevant qualifications in Travel and Tourism
  • General Travel Certificate
  • 5 plus years’ experience in the retail travel industry
  • Strong operational and GDS/travel systems experience, fares knowledge, team player and have the ability to work within a fast-paced, busy environment
