  • Minimum 5 years in corporate environment
  • Human Resources qualification - degree / diploma
  • MS Office essential
  • HR Administration

  • Job descriptions & grading
  • Performance Management
  • Knowledge of BCEA & company policies
  • Labour Law – CCMA, BEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development etc. & administration thereof
  • Disciplinary processes
  • Health & safety
  • Administration of Provident Fund, Death, & Disability
  • Administration of Medical Aid
  • Leave Administration
  • Payroll and SAGE Administration
  • Maintain high levels of quality and productivity by managing workload and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
