Job Description

Seeking Intermediate and Senior ticketing specialists:
  • To efficiently issue tickets and complex reissues on the GDS
  • Compulsory-Ability to do a manual fare build and manual reissues
  • Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
  • Adherence to Amadeus / Galileo processes and procedures
  • Galileo or Amadeus certificates

Required Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate
  • Amadeus or Galileo Certificates
  • Fares course would be an advantage

  • Full understanding of ticketing / issue in exchange  
  • BSP understanding
  • Good knowledge of fares / fare rules
  • Sound geographical knowledge
  • A candidate with intermediate or senior level expertise will be advantageous
