Job Description

  • Must be able to handle all regional and domestic bookings.
  • Understanding of local travel requirements
  • To process all ticket requests - reserving, issuing, advise on changes, refunds and cancellations etc
  • Ability to work under pressure, after hours and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience and in-dept knowledge with regards to fares and ticketing
  • Sabre essential
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.

At least 5+ years’ experience as a consultant Matric/ grade 12 Quicktrav

  • Galileo with current valid Galileo GDS certificate and code
  • Sabre with current valid Sabre GDS certificate and code
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Can manage Corporate / Government Accounts
  • Quiktrav knowledge required
  • Track record required.
