Job Description

Duties & responsibilities
  • Suggest suitable travel options that best suit clients' preferences
  • Collect deposits and balances for bookings
  • Attend webinars, conferences, and other educational programs to stay updated
  • Work effectively both individually and as part of a team
  • Book flights, packages, car rentals, and tours with efficiency
  • Provide knowledgeable and sound travel advice, including information on visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and destinations
  • Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellation, refunds, and schedule changes

Availability

Starting from August 1, 2023

Salary

Negotiable, depending on experience

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Full competence with Amadeus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with domestic and international destinations
  • Computer literacy
  • Access to remote support for after-hours emergencies
  • Own computer needed
  • Office hours are flexible, remote working would require proper internet connections
