Job Description

  • General Administration within HR Department, which includes: Updating and mainting of personal files.
  • Assisting with meetings, planning and preparations. 
  • Schedule interviews e.g. booking the boardroom, phoning the candidates and put it on the calendar ect.
  • Training Co-ordination: Handle training request, schedule and co-ordinate indusction training and liasise with the managers.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 yrs experience admin
  • Computer literate, must be able to work on excell, word ect. 
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail.
  • HR qualification and advantage 

Location

Pretoria

General Details

  • Good communication skills, leadership qulities, teamplayer 
  • Working hours 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday
